The wines and regional products of Etna and the Aeolian Islands express the warmth and strength that are given off by these places. The wines represent the passion and effort of those who work the fertile lava soil, and for several centuries, they have provided a valuable source of trade. Regional products enhance the wines with which they are combined, reinforcing their identity.
A visit to one of the wineries located at the foot of Etna allows us not only to get to know the wines of the area and understand its production process, but also to taste a a variety of local products such as cheese, meat, olives, tomatoes, almonds, capers, vegetables, fruits or honey.
Depending on your interests, we can spend a full day visiting wineries or we can just visit one of them as part of any of our hiking trails.
